Last week, my job flew me out to Santa Clara, CA for several days to do work stuff. I was super excited because I assumed Jimmy would be making the trip with me. But he had his own stuff to do. Sometimes I don't like that his work and school get in the way of my plans.
Luckily, my dear Mother decided that it was time to take a few days off from her job and so she came with me. Don't you just love Moms? We had a blast since we got to spend some quality time together. We shopped, ate, met up with family, and freaked ourselves out at the Winchester Mystery House tour. It was the best. I just love my Mom with all of my heart. It was so much fun to have her all to myself for a few days.
Is it just me, or do we need Moms more and more as we age?
I know I definitely do.
