One of my top five reasons of why I was sad to leave Utah

Zupas. 

This restaurant is the best soup/salad/sandwich place ever.  I went there often when I was back in Utah. Also, during those dreadful weeks in between summer term and fall semester when your old apartment complex would kick you out, but your new apartment complex wouldn't let you move in for two weeks which meant that you had to basically live out of your car were still bearable because then you could go here every day. Yes, that was me. 

I LOVE ZUPAS! And now it is HERE!!!!!! In Phoenix! Like ten minutes from where we now live!!! I couldn't be happier!

We went there for the opening party which meant that all the food was free. Plus and plus. 

We are going to have to make an adjustment to our budget so that we can account for going out to eat much more frequently.

The couple next to us gave me a funny look when I was taking pictures of my food.  I had to explain to them how much I love Zupas, and that the food was so pretty.  Poor Jimmy was embarrassed.
