The best thing you've tasted in a while.

Sometimes My Mom makes the best food ever.  I didn't inherit that gene unfortunately.
But this is something so easy that I could even make it without messing it up.
What you need:
Chicken breasts. Thawed, with olive oil and garlic salt and pepper on it.
Peaches. Cut in half with a little bit of garlic salt and pepper on it.  (Best part about this one is that you don't have to have a ripe peach! Those dang things take forever to ripen!)
Red Onion. You guessed it, cut with olive oil on it.
Spinach and Arugula mixture. My Mom just bought one bag of each and threw them together in the same bowl.
Dressing for salad is olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, and garlic salt and pepper.  (My family likes olive oil, and garlic salt and pepper. Can you tell?)

What to do:
Grill the chicken until it's cooked completely through.  Grill the onion next, and then throw the peach on there soon after.  (Note. Grilling the fruit and veggies won't take very long).

Enjoy!
